This policy explains what information CampBuild collects on behalf of Wild Child ("the camp"), how it is used, and how it is protected. It applies to families, campers, and staff who use the platform.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and mobile phone number.
  • Camper information: name, date of birth, emergency contacts, medical and dietary notes, and other details required for program registration.
  • Registration and payment records for the programs and sessions you enroll in.
  • Messages you send or receive through the camp's SMS and in-app communication tools, including message content and delivery status.

How we use this information

Information is used only to operate the camp program, including to:

  • Process registrations, payments, and check-in/check-out at camp.
  • Send text and email communications about registrations, schedules, logistics, and requested forms, and to respond to messages you send.
  • Maintain camper safety and emergency-contact records.

Text messaging data

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are used solely to send and receive camp-related text messages through this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with service providers that operate the platform on the camp's behalf (such as hosting, payment processing, and messaging delivery providers), and only as needed to provide these services, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can update or remove your phone number at any time in your account settings. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance.
